Former Lectka Lab Group Member Develops FDA Approved Cancer Drug

Dana Ferraris was the first ever group member to graduate from the Johns Hopkins University chemistry department Ph.D. program in Dr. Thomas Lectka lab group back in 1999. Dr. Ferraris has excelled through his career over the years which has led him to become a professor at McDaniel College and creating a cancer drug that was approved by the FDA this past July.
